Once you have selected the membership package , you can make the payment directly on the website using your card. We can also issue an invoice for you to make a bank transfers. For this option, please contact your Account Manager, who you can find in your profile or our Member Support team at ma@developmentaid.org.
Steps to follow when making an online purchase on our platform:
- Select the membership plan that suits your needs.
- Add details, such as the number of seats or payment plan.
- Update your financial data, including a valid VAT number.
- Read the Terms & Conditions and accept them.
- Complete your payment.
Important Remarks:
If you encounter an error message when submitting a payment online, then:
- Check your balance. The amount on your account could be lower than the membership plan.
- Contact your bank to see if there are any security-related restrictions affecting your online payment.
- Try using another credit card.
