Pricing strategy is a DevelopmentAid tool that can help you conduct financial research on previous winning bids from potential competing companies and consortia. This includes access to detailed pricing information, discounts, and other crucial details that can help you build an effective pricing strategy when submitting a financial proposal.
To access the new tool, simply navigate to the Organizations database and select a profile for further analysis.
After opening the intended organization's profile, navigate to the Pricing Strategy tab:
The Pricing Strategy provides comprehensive data about the company’s past winning bids, which will allow you to compare the tender budget to the actual contract value, and analyze the discount margin of the potential competitors.
The available data on the company's bids can be further sorted by locations, period of time, and funding agencies:
