1. Choose the opportunity you want to track from the list.
2. Click on the opportunity to open its profile and view the details.
3. Copy the title of the opportunity.
4. Navigate to the Tender Alerts section.
5. Click on "Create" to start generating a new alert.
6. Give your alert a title and paste the copied tender/grant title into the keywords section, using double quotes.
7. Choose the alert frequency.
8. Specify the email address(es) where you want to receive the alert.
9. Click "Save" to finalize the setup.

It is also beneficial to remove title text elements such as "procurement plan" to ensure that the alert will target any updates on the transition to the Open status.
