Apart from having access to the Job Alert, Professional, Professional Plus, and All-in-One members can set up Tender Alerts, as well as having one set up automatically upon subscription.
As their names suggest, the differences between the two alert types are in the information that is sent through them, as well as the level of customizability, such as the ability to have multiple Tender Alerts.
Keywords and filters allow you to use the same criteria found in the Tenders search:
- Check the article here on how to use the boolean search with keywords;
- Check the article here about filters on DevelopmentAid.
Create/edit/remove tender alerts by visiting the Tenders tab, then locating the Tender Alert menu item:
Another method of creating a tender alert is to access the Tenders menu and use the "Add to alert" button once the desired criteria are selected via Advanced filters or Search by Keywords. The selected keywords and filters will decide which opportunities you will be notified about:
Note: Members subscribed to the Basic package, as well as regular users, have access to a limited version of the Tender Alert. Created automatically once any expert with at least ten years of experience joins DevelopmentAid, the default filtering criteria will match those indicated upon registration (sectors, regions, etc.). These alerts are non-customizable, sent every two weeks, and contain three forecasts, as well as three open tenders for individuals.
