Apart from having access to the Job Alert, Professional and Professional Plus members have the ability to set up Tender Alerts, as well as having one set-up automatically upon subscription.
As their names suggest, the differences between the two alert types are in the information that is sent through them, as well as the level of customizability, such as the ability to have multiple Tender Alerts.
Create/edit/remove tender alerts by visiting Funding tab, then locating the Tender Alert menu item:
Members subscribed to the Basic package, as well as regular users, have access to a limited version of the Tender Alert. Created automatically once any expert with at least ten years of experience joins DevelopmentAid, the default filtering criteria will match those indicated upon registration (sectors, regions, etc.). These alerts are non-customizable, sent every two weeks, and contain three forecasts, as well as three open tenders for individuals.
