Click on the user icon on the top-right corner of the BidNexus screen.
Within the drop-down menu appearing underneath, click on Profile.
Enter both your current password and your new password in the CHANGE PASSWORD section, on the right. If you cannot remember your password, it is possible to create a new one to gain access to your account, provided your instance has a Mail Delivery Gateway set up in the Application Settings.
Visit https://YOURCOMPANY.tenderwell.app/#!/auth/recover and enter the email address you use to sign in. An email with details of how to reset your password will then be sent to the specified email address.
In case the password reset email doesn’t arrive, send an email to your DevelopmentAid representative or info@tenderwell.app and customer support will get in touch with you to solve the issue.
