The Default Database contains DevelopmentAid's list of individual users from around the world. Each user is able to register for free and their profile is made visible to member organisations. Uploading at least one CV/resume is mandatory upon registration.
Access the Experts section to start exploring the talent pool:
You can start by using filters such as languages, citizenship, and experience (found in the Advanced Search menu) to narrow down your search results. The more details you choose to provide, the higher the chances are that you will identify the right candidate.
If your current membership includes this, the Advanced Database option will let you take advantage of:
- Extra search filters such as country and donor experience;
- The ability to download every profile in EC, ADB, AfDB, and WB CV formats;
- A database of experts maintained by the DevelopmentAid team.
To introduce extra criteria through the use of keywords, use the search bar. Quoting keywords will ensure they will be found in the same order.
