What payment methods are available?
It's possible to make a payment online directly via the account of the user or via Adyen. We accept VISA Electron, Visa Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, JCB, Diners Club International and Debit Card.
It's also possible to make a bank transfer or use alternative bank transfer services like RiaTransfer or Transferwise.
Is it secure to pay online?

What is the difference between a recurrent and a one-time payment?
Recurring billing offers the benefit of convenience. Instead of having to repeatedly provide billing details, you can initially choose to authorize 2checkout.com to keep your card details on file and charge the card on the expiry date to automatically renew membership. Recurring subscription guarantees the same membership fee. A one-off payment activates membership for one year and requires manual renewal at the expiry date.
How can I update my recurrent payment details?
If you made a payment by credit card via 2checkout.com, locate the order by entering the order number and either your zip code or the last six digits of your credit card.

If you paid for your subscription via PayPal, you will need to log in to your PayPal account, go to My Profile, My Money, and update your card or bank details.
How to cancel a recurrent subscription?
To cancel a 2Checkout recurrent payment, contact us via cancellation@developmentaid.org as we will need to process the cancellation. Please ensure you email us seven days prior to the expiry of your membership in order to avoid the next installment being automatically charged. In the case of a PayPal subscription, please log in to your PayPal account, My Profile, My Money, and click on Set Automatic Payments to locate and cancel your subscription.
How long does a refund take to appear on my credit/debit statement?
Credit/Debit Card Order: A refund for a canceled order that was originally made using a credit or debit card may take up to five days to show on the expert's credit/bank statement but typically appears in 24-48 hours depending on the bank of the expert.
PayPal using Credit/Debit Card: Refunds to PayPal are instant. If you used his credit/debit card and the funds are not in your PayPal balance, it may take additional time to appear on your card statement.
How to request an invoice?
Should you require an invoice, please send a request to careercenter@developmentaid.org with your full name, billing address, and VAT number, if applicable.
